These memes are taking real life situations and making a joke about what these children really go through. The pictures of kids that actually need help and start to hit not the real problems of the foster care but these memes are making jokes about it so the society does not see the problem as such a big deal. I do not see a sociological perspective in any of these, but I believe the one that is of the little boy asking for help and say that "You can do it" is the main on that can actually make a difference.
